JUMPS
We
have 2 methods available for you to make your first jump. Tandem
or Static line.
Tandem
is the most popular method to make your first jump. Training to
do a tandem takes approximately 1 hour depending on how involved
you want to be. Then it’s off to the sky to fly like an eagle. The
two of you will climb to an altitude of 10,000 feet above the earth.
You will be securely
attached to your very experienced personal instructor. The door
opens and you JUMP then it’s an extremely exciting 35second freefall.
Who pulls the ripcord? You can if you want, if not the instructor
will:
The parachute opens by 4000 feet and the 2 of you fly it on a very
scenic 5 to 10 minute flight ending in a nice soft landing. You
can have the whole experience captured 2 different ways. You could
have a 3rd party camera man fly right up to you in freefall taking
still pictures and video of the entire freefall Or you can take
a video camera with you into freefall capturing close up as you
plummet towards earth and on your parachute ride. In either case
the video will be produced into a professionally edited video of
your entire skydiving experience and set to your favorite music.
Static
Line is a more involved way to make your first jump.
You jump from an altitude of 3000 feet above the ground. Your parachute
container is opened by a static line attached directly to the airplane.
Your parachute opens in just seconds and you're flying your square
“ram air” parachute through the sky. It’s very maneuverable and
fun to fly. You will have assistance from an instructor on the ground
talking to you trough a radio headset in your helmet. The scenic
parachute ride should last 5 minutes. It’s a view you will remember
forever. Ending in a nice soft landing right back at the airport.
This program teaches you everything you need to know to make a safe
parachute jump by yourself. The training takes approximately 6 hours.
You can capture this on video also! You can get a professionally
edited video that includes your training, jump and landing set to
your favorite music.
